Lead Base Paint Remediation

The dangers of having lead paint in your home or office cannot be underestimated, especially in older buildings where the lead base paint is peeling and occupants are exposed to it. In fact, lead paint is so toxic that as of 2010 the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has mandated that all contractors must attend a one-day course in lead base paint remediation and pass a lead safe test in order to be certified to do this work.
